1. About Us

Madeira Collections is a Kerala-based brand specializing in custom-made wooden products, handcrafted décor, furniture, and corporate gifting solutions. Each product is designed with precision, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern aesthetics.

2. Products & Custom Orders

  • Most of our products are made-to-order and customized as per client requirements.
  •  Variations in wood grain, texture, color, and finish are natural and not considered defects.
  • Custom designs once approved by the client cannot be altered after production begins.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless specified otherwise.
  • Shipping and installation charges (if applicable) are additional.
  • Orders are confirmed only upon advance payment (partial or full as agreed).
  • Madeira Collections reserves the right to revise prices without prior notice.

4. Production & Delivery

  • Production timelines vary depending on design complexity, size, and customization.
  • Estimated timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.
  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (material availability, logistics, etc.) are not liable for compensation.
  • Customers must ensure accurate delivery details.

5. Shipping & Handling

  • We partner with reliable logistics providers for safe delivery.
  •  Madeira Collections is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
  • Any visible damage must be reported immediately upon delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Since most products are customized, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection and approval.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
  • For standard (non-custom) items, returns may be accepted within [5 days] under unused condition.

7. Warranty & Liability

  • We ensure quality craftsmanship; however, wood is a natural material and may react to environmental conditions.
  • Warranty (if provided) covers manufacturing defects only.
  • Madeira Collections is not liable for:
    * Damage due to misuse, improper handling, or exposure to extreme conditions
    * Normal wear and tear over time

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, content, and branding on this website are the property of Madeira Collections.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use is strictly prohibited.

9. User Responsibilities

  • Users agree to provide accurate information while placing orders.
  • Misuse of the website or fraudulent activity may result in legal action.

10. Privacy

  • Customer information is handled with strict confidentiality.
  • We do not share personal data with third parties except for order processing and delivery.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
