Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, because our items are handcrafted from natural wood, slight variations in grain, colour, and texture are inherent characteristics — not defects. Product images are for illustrative purposes and the final product may differ slightly from what is shown.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our accepted payment methods.
  • Madeira Collections is not responsible for charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is only confirmed once you receive an Order Confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
  • Custom or personalised orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item and confirming the claim.
  • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
