At Madeira Collections, every product is lovingly handcrafted. We take great care to ensure your order reaches you safely and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Because many of our pieces are handcrafted or made-to-order, processing times for custom or bulk orders may be longer — we will communicate estimated timelines via email.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across India. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly at our Contact page and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,499.
  • Orders below ₹1,499 will attract a flat shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
  • Charges for remote or special-access areas may vary.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Packaging

We believe packaging is part of the gifting experience. All Madeira Collections products are packed in eco-conscious, protective packaging that honours the integrity of our wooden pieces and reduces environmental impact.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with photographs of the damage. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. Claims made after 48 hours may not be entertained.
